Sean Henri

Founder and CEO

Sean is the Founder and CEO of Pepperland, and acts as the lead strategist on the team. Prior to starting the agency, he held marketing leadership roles across a variety of industry verticals and both B2B and B2C companies.

Kelly Henri

Kelly Henri

Chief People Officer

Kelly keeps the business running behind the scenes with strategy, project management and administrative tasks.  In addition to her work with Pepperland, Kelly is mom to two wild and crazy boys, and is a pediatric nurse practitioner.


Tim Stobierski

Senior Content Marketing Specialist

Prior to joining the Pepperland team, Tim worked in the publishing industry, where he sharpened his writing, editing, and storytelling skills, priming him for his role as one of Pepperland’s chief copywriters. In his current role, he oversees the creation of content ranging from blog posts and ebooks to pillar pages, email, and social media. He likes cats and coffee.


Ryan Sylvestre

Inbound Marketing Specialist

Ryan assists in the development of all inbound marketing efforts. He helps to develop content designed to increase traffic and capture leads. He tracks and analyzes all aspects of website traffic, lead capture, and optimization. Identifying and fixing SEO errors has become one of his favorite challenges. We know, it’s nerdy. He has helped produce emerging content strategies and continues to be up to date with emerging marketing trends.


Kelsey Miller

Marketing Research Specialist

Kelsey began working with Pepperland Marketing as an intern and has recently joined the team as a marketing specialist. She studied marketing and business administration at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island where her favorite study breaks included trips to the beach and grabbing coffee with friends. Kelsey is focused on the areas of content creation and strategy and takes a supporting role in all inbound marketing efforts.


Gregory Rappa

Graphic Designer

Greg has his B.S. in Graphic Design and over 6 years of professional experience in web and print design. He is passionate about creating engaging visuals and memorable digital experiences that are tailored to the client’s target audience. He focuses on developing user-centric designs that drive action and always align with the client’s marketing objectives.


Will Purcell

Inbound Marketing Specialist

Will joins the Pepperland team with a background in journalism and broadcasting.  In addition to previously covering athletic and political events, he served as the Sports Information Director for Millsaps College and worked with the Kansas City Chiefs during the 2014 season.  He helps with all inbound and content efforts at Pepperland and enjoys College Football, coffee, and dogs.


Louie Winston

Emotional Support Dog / Resident Cuddler

Louie loves to keep us company here at Pepperland Marketing. His favorite hobbies include chasing balls, jumping on new friends, and pretending he’s a lap dog.
