Prior to founding Pepperland, Sean held marketing leadership roles across a variety of industry verticals and both B2B and B2C companies. Sean is a strategic marketer with over 15 years of experience in inbound marketing, marketing automation technology and analytics.
Director of Operations
Kelly keeps the business running behind the scenes with strategy, project management and administrative tasks. In addition to her work with Pepperland, Kelly is an APRN at a local children’s hospital, mother to a wonderful son, and puppy mom.
Inbound Marketing Strategist
Prior to joining the Pepperland team, Tim worked in the publishing industry, most recently as a book editor at The Taunton Press, where he sharpened his writing skills and learned to communicate complex ideas effectively. In addition to his work at Pepperland, he is a freelance writer and editor whose work has appeared in many publications including Grow Magazine, The Huffington Post, and The Chronicle of Higher Education.
Ryan is a student at Southern Connecticut State University studying communication with a focus in advertisement and promotion. He is focusing on blogging, keyword research and expanding his knowledge of SEO implications during his time here at Pepperland. In the future he wants to be a marketing manager and help others learn and expand their knowledge of inbound marketing tactics. If he isn’t here at Pepperland or in class at Southern you can most likely find him on a ski hill somewhere shredding up the slopes.
